01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and smjilli ("smjilli," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the smjilli online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at smjilli.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on smjilli, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with smjilli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

smjilli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of smjilli following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to and use of the smjilli Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines is 21 years. smjilli strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of smjilli, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the smjilli Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by smjilli or any relevant regulatory authority.

smjilli takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses received.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of smjilli services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the smjilli Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Ownership: Your smjilli account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Verification: smjilli reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: smjilli reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and that you are registering for your own personal use and entertainment only.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your smjilli account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. smjilli recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your smjilli account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify smjilli support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

smjilli will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from smjilli that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

smjilli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified smjilli of a security breach in a timely manner.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

smjilli supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified players only. You must complete smjilli's identity verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: smjilli aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements and payment method processing times.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Currency: All transactions on the smjilli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Transaction Limits: smjilli may impose minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary by payment method, account verification status, and applicable regulations.

smjilli does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

smjilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all smjilli bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. smjilli reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and other game categories may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings must be used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: smjilli reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and any form of arbitrage betting.

Specific terms and conditions applicable to individual promotions are published alongside each offer on the smjilli Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the smjilli Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All smjilli games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, smjilli reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wagers. smjilli shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
• Disconnection: smjilli is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
• Void Bets: smjilli reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in breach of these Terms.

smjilli is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. smjilli does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the smjilli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the smjilli Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to smjilli support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from unauthorized payment sources.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing smjilli staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the smjilli Platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

smjilli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. smjilli recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and takes its duty of care to players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all smjilli players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent playing during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the smjilli Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of smjilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the smjilli Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without smjilli's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any smjilli trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of smjilli's intellectual property may result in legal action. smjilli reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smjilli's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your smjilli account at the time the claim arises.

smjilli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any game outcome, including outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or your account.

The smjilli Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. smjilli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Amendments to Terms

smjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, smjilli will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the smjilli Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting smjilli support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

smjilli operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. smjilli makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside the Philippines.
